Malwa College, the pioneer institution in Bondli, Samrala has long been recognised as a premier centre of higher learning for students belonging to this area of Punjab. Our foremost concern has always been the all-round development of our students and the college strives ceaselessly to emancipate, enlighten and empower its students through quality education. The college is an epoch-making higher education institution. It is playing a significant role in shaping the ethos of the society. Through education we are dedicated to imbibe a spirit of national character amongst the students. We at Malwa College believe that the basic purpose of education is to replace an empty mind with an open one. The objective is to extend the horizon of knowledge of skills keeping in mind, the changing dynamics of business, nationally and globally. Malwa College is the only college that not only connects the students with the society with vide array of activities, but we inspire them to participate in extension activities which effectively bridges the gap between the education and employment.
Parental involvement in a child’s education process is both a gift to your child and a gift to the college. This partnership is strongly encouraged and highly valued at Malwa College. To achieve prosperity, any society or country will have to mainly rely on the supreme quality of education. Hence, creating maximum opportunities to facilitate people with the quality education is the cardinal responsibility of every educational institute. An excellent education is the only path to youth empowerment and to enable young minds to contribute to the overall growth of the nation. Education is the backbone and sure-cure to every burning issue of any nation.
The motto of Malwa College is in line with the philosophy that College Education is not just about gaining knowledge but also about transforming oneself through it. We are fortunate to be able to provide this profound experience of knowledge to everyone in the Samrala township and the surrounding rural areas.
While we, at Malwa College, are on the verge of completing almost Six decades in our mammoth task of shaping young minds through imparting quality higher education, our vision to scale newer heights is also getting clearer. The efforts of faculty, staff, and administrators are channelled toward one overarching goal: student success. I am really honoured and feel very privileged to function as the Principal of Malwa College, Bondli, Samrala. Let me take this opportunity to thank the Malwa Education Council for giving me the opportunity to serve the community here in Samrala.

I, personally believe that an education system that develops the imagination of the students is richer than the one that does not.
